Company Profile:The owner of Betst Products, llc. has been in the business of importing tractors, implements and power equipment from China for some twenty years. Through business associates in China, he was introduced to the owner of TIYA Lawn and Garden Products in 2001. Their friendship grew as TIYA grew to become the largest manufacturer of log splitters in the world. As they prepared to move into a new 452,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in April 2006, TIYA offered Betst Products, llc. the North American market rights to his Log Splitters and other new products. Although they were close friends and mutual business advisors they had never had a business relationship. The time was right for Betst to consider his offer, as they had just sold their Lenar tractor company and were looking for new opportunity. The owner knew that TIYA had grown because they had listened to his advise and focused on product quality not on sales volume. Betst's concern was not manufacturing quality control but product fitness for the task being performed. It was agreed that no product would be offered for sale until it had completed extensive product testing both in the lab, the field and by American consumers. Pow'R'kraft was chosen for the brand of the chore products and we began with the 4-ton electric log splitter. When a Pow'R'Kraft product is introduced it has passed three levels of testing and the parts necessary for support are in our parts bins. The additional testing by American's delays the introduction of new products about a year, but when you get a Pow'R'kraft you are assured you have a product that will last for decades.
